Thank you for choosing to shop with us at Infant Kingdom! All orders are shipped with tracking within 2 - 4 days of you placing the order. Depending on your location,we choose the fastest available shipping service.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it from our website or from other online order tracking websites every step of the way! In some cases packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as your country's Customs & Excise or local postal delays.

Typical delivery time frame for USA, Canada, UK is between 2 to 4 weeks however, you may receive your items earlier. For USA customers some of our products are delivered within 7 to 9 days. All other regions delivery time frame is between 5 to 7 weeks. We are working to reduce these delivery times to ensure customer satisfaction.

Use the Order Tracking system so you know where your parcel is at any given time and get an idea of your oder delivery date. Should you have any issues of concern please contact us via email and we will get back to you within 24 hours.


We have free shipping offers for limited times throughout the year. Some of our products may also be eligible for free return.

At we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items and by law you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days without giving any reason. You also have statutory rights where goods are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.

We have an easy no questions asked Returns Policy should you find the product unsatisfactory for whatever reasons.

To return your product, you should let us know please email us on or via our Contact Us page you will then be notified of return shipping address. 

In some cases you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the returned item. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item so recorded delivery or shipping insurance should be used.
