Do you ship these products worldwide?

Yes, absolutely! We ship worldwide except for a few countries. Please do not place orders if you want parcels delivered to India, Iraq, Afghanistan,

 

How to place an order?

Once you have finished adding items to your cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the product page and the system will guide you through to the checkout process.

 

Which methods of payment do you accept? 

We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal.

 

How safe is my personal information?

How does shipping work?

To provide you the fastest shipping times possible, and the most interesting products at the best prices, we partner with global merchants and artisans. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Germany, the USA, South Africa, Thailand, Tibet, Russia, China, India, etc. 


Our global suppliers provide tracking numbers and we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products.


Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your items may take 8-20 days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it is on its way :)

 

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in different parts of the world depending on product stock. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. After that, it will take 12 - 20 business days for delivery in the United States, and 15 - 40 business days for international orders (depending on location).

 

What do I do if I have entered incorrect details by mistake?

Please contact us straight away within 24 hrs from here and our support team will make the corrections for you and get back to you to confirm. If correct details are sent to us after your order has been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel the delivery.

Please check and ensure that the correct information is submitted at the time the order is placed. 

Please note that the delivery of parcels may be delayed by local customs, postal office, or due to the impact of COVID-19 and such delays are beyond our control.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Great question!

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours.

To help us continue to improve our service to all our customers, we may want to know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. Such refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the funds reflect on the customer’s bank account.

 

What if I need to return my order?

Happy to help! Contact our support team from here and we'll guide you through the process to send the item back.

You may return most new, unopened, and unused items purchased and fulfilled by infantkingdom.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

 

When will I get my refund?

Once your item is received by us or our partner this is usually within 2-3 weeks. It may take 5-7 business days for your refund to display on your payment card statement. We recommend that you return your order within 7-14 days, so you get your money back into your account a lot sooner.

 

Does Infant Kingdom offer replacements or exchanges?

Yes, we do. If you received a damaged or defective item, we would send you a replacement of the same item. If you would like to exchange an item for something else, you can exchange for a different size or colour or for an item of your choice. Just contact us via email and we will be happy to be of service to you again.
